Eagle's Rest RV Park Policies
These policies are designed to ensure the peace and saftey of both our guests and the park. Please familiarize yourself with and adhere to the policies below.
Reservations
- Reservations can be made by calling 308-432-4349 or booking online - Reserve Now
- Nightly, weekly and monthly rates available.
- Rates do not include applicable sales tax and tourism tax.
- Only one RV or travel trailer is allowed per campsite.
- Although there are no restrictions to year, make or model; we expect all RVs and travel trailers to be in good working order and appearance and carry liability insurance. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.
- Check in and check out times are flexible.
Guest Policy
- Quiet hours are 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Loud music or excessive noise that disturbs other guests is prohibited at all times.
- No littering. Dumpsters are available throughout the park.
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the park.
- Bathrooms, showers and laundry are available 24/7.
- Illegal drugs are prohibited; alcohol must be consumed responsibly within your own campsite.
- Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards staff or other guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- The property is privately owned; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as deemed necessary. Violation of any rule or state law is grounds for dismissal from the park without a refund.
- Speed limit is 5 mph throughout the campground.
- Fireworks are prohibited on property.
- No washing of any vehicles on property.
- Park in designated areas only.
- Please pick up cigarette butts and bottle caps. Dispose of them properly.
- Cutting, damaging, or removing trees and vegetation is prohibited. Altering the campsite, including digging or installing equipment, is not allowed without management approval.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.
- Guests assume all risks associated with camping and agree to hold the property harmless from and indemnify the property against any claims. The property is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles, or personal injury or damage from any cause. Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings; the park is not liable for theft or damage to personal property.
Fire Pit Policy
- All fires must be in designated fire pits or areas and only if a fire ban is not in place.
- The campfire is the responsibility of the guest.
- Fire must be attended at all times or extinguished.
Pet Policy
- Pets must be on leash at all times.
- Do not leave your pets leashed outside while you leave the property. Keep them in your rig unless you are present.
- Pets cannot disturb other guests or display aggressive behavior.
- Guests must immediately pick up after pet and dispose of waste properly.
